eva was born from my desire to bring together more than 20 years of experience working with global brands in the corporate world with my lifelong passion for Yoga, Moonology, and holistic wellbeing. My mission is to create exclusive experiences that guide people back to balance, authenticity, and inner power.

The name eva carries deep symbolism: the original woman, the spiritual woman, the free woman. It was inspired by my calling to help women (and men) reconnect with their sacred feminine, their vitality, their spirituality, and their personal power, so they can live a life of abundance and wholeness.

In 2018, I took a sabbatical from my corporate career to complete my Yoga Teacher Training at Premananda Yoga School in Piracanga, Bahia, Brazil. Yoga became not only a practice but a way of life.

Astrology and Tarot run in my blood. I had the privilege of learning from my grandmother, Marie Jeanne Minnie Schauff, a highly respected professional in her field who inspired me from a very young age to follow the holistic path. Today, I continue my studies with my aunt, Rita Schauff, in Modern Astrology and Tarot.

In 2022, I deepened my journey with Moonology, studying under the methodology of Yasmin Boland. Working with the lunar cycles has been one of the most transformative experiences of my life. Inspired by this, in 2024 I created the Luna Yoga and The Moon Reading Methods, weaving together Yoga and the wisdom of the Moon and Astrology, an approach I continue to share in my classes and sessions.

Through eva, I bring all these threads together, ancestral knowledge, modern practices, and personal experience, to create a space where transformation, connection, and empowerment can flourish.
